How it works
Bids for development projects are currently only eligible for LPPSA loans (“Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam”).
Each bidding period varies by product.
Bid costs vary from product to product. If the loan is rejected by the LPPSA, the cost of the offer will be fully refunded.
Each loan must be processed within 30 business days of the
bid being submitted.
The Rewards benefit varies by product. The package The placement agency company can include the premium in the tender conditions.
